Scrum Master Training
This is a 2 day experiential training based on Agile Manifesto and Scrum Guide 2020. If you are a Scrum Master or want to become a Scrum Master, this program is for you. Scrum Master Training in Pune will help you gain deeper insights on Agile principles, values and each of the areas of scrum guide including scrum theory, values, roles, events, and artifacts.
This training is designed for participants to experience different elements of Scrum, engage into questioning and discussion of why and what around every scrum rule, learn to facilitate scrum events and learn to identify different myths and scrum anti-patterns.
This class will also help student prepare for Professional Scrum Master – PSM I and PSM II certification tests.

This training will also stimulate you to think about various different scrum master situations, challenges and how to overcome them.
Can I become Scrum Master without any scrum experience?
Becoming Scrum Master without any scrum experience can be very challenging. If you are new to Scrum, this training will help you understand the various elements of scrum however it is very unlikely that you will become a scrum master right after the training. If you intend to become a Scrum Master, we recommend you attend our training and then practice Scrum for a few months.
While Scrum is simple to understand, it is not easy for teams to practice Scrum. This becomes much harder if your existing management practices traditional waterfall project management or command and control management.
